Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

You may drop off your rent checks in the Rent Drop Box located near the mailboxes on the lower parking lot, or you may pay online and enroll in our automatic bill pay.

Please remember if you use the automatic bill pay feature to also shut it off if you move as we are unable to do so for you. 

All guests must park on Muir Field rd. 

Parking lots are for residents with permits only.

If anyone is parked in our parking lot and does not have a permit clearly visible they will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense. 

Alliant Energy (Electricity) - All apartments.

Madison Gas and Electric (Gas) - 1 bedrooms in buildings 2105, 2111, 2117 and 2123 and all 2 bedrooms.
